Perfect place for greedy folks obsessed with vanit

Nice weather for some of year. Too hot for the rest. Hurricanes are bad. Everything overpriced, service is generally poor. Many vagrants wondering around like zombies especially in Hollywood. People are transient so nobody gets to know anyone else. It is like having a rental car in that nobody seems to care about other people down here. But everyone sure is pretty.
