Presently we live in North Walker in Livingston Parish. I've lived here for 23 yrs now and love it. The schools here are great, although there has been a decline in our schools over the past few years but still great schools to choose from. We are fortunate as residents of Livingston Parish to enjoy our freedoms given to us by God and out Constitution. We have crime but yet we have police Depts and Sherrifs depts that are on top of crime here. 99% of our police and sherriffs are fair and work hard to protect the citizens of Livingston Parish. We here support the Blue, our sherrifs officers and all law makers. We can trust when we call they will fairly handle any criminal activity that we as residents may encounter so hats off to our law officers! Neighborhoods are quiet, peaceful with great neighbors! I've enjoyed my 23 yrs living here and I hope that as America is facing violence, immoral ideas that Livingston Parish will always continue to honor our freedoms and Constitution as they always have. These 2 things and great police officers and sherrifs is what has made Livingston parish as a whole a great place to live. Our privacy has never been infringed upon! Hats off to Livingston Parish and to our Leaders in Livingston Parish!
