I agree with your assessment of vacaville right on. When I was stationed at Travis AFB back in 1969, I lived in Vacaville and the population was 28,000 something and you could buy a nice three bedroom home for $42,500.00. Now, with population (2006) of 97,000, I'm appalled at the price of homes in California.
