Living in Wentzville

Well first, I'm originally from Western New York. The Drivers here are terrible when it comes to red lights. It's like a unwritten law that one has to wait till traffic stops not when the light turns green. The people here say the traffic is bad. Not really, I've lived in DC, Norfolk, and Puerto Rico (San Jaun area) and they have some real traffic issues. Crime down in the city of St. Louis is high in some places. Again all the places (Not Scotland) I've lived in had bad crime areas. Places like Wentzville, O'fallon, Lake St Louis and etc are nice and safe. I Still think living in the East is better. I'm not much of a Midwest kind of guy (never been west of Columbia, MO). So as a whole this is a decent place to raise a family. Still, I'm probably going to move east in the near future.
