while at lions park this am in banning walking my dogs, and i always pick up the dog poo as i always carry baggies on me. i had to use the porta potty as i have a lot of health issues and noticed the officer writing me a ticket for having taken up two spaces, but their was nobody their and no games going on at the ballpark, i held up a finger for just a minute and he took off. as i am a law abiding citizen i can't understand why they wouldn't just give me a warning? I appreciate all that they do for the community and risk their lives everyday as i do to, i can't help it i have so many health issues and no family to help me as i have to live in a high crime area of banning. as i always pray that something good from GOD will change for me.
