Review of Lancaster Pennsylva, Iowa

Young and Old Together
Star Rating - 11/28/2014
Lancaster is the nation's oldest inland city located in central PA amid Amish farmlands. Walkable and soon to be bike friendly, it offers a variety of great restaurants and coffee shops as well as live theater and music. Gallery Row showcases artists' work in a variety of media. Healthcare is offered by two systems within the city. "Millennials" and boomers mix with young families in this vibrant environment. Diversity abounds with a high percentage of Hispanics from a variety of countries. A college of art and design and a theological seminary along with two nearby universities, and a bible college offer many formal and informal educational opportunities.
