Altoona is one of the worst places to live, and East Conemaugh totally sucks. I can't seem to get out of Pennsylvania no matter how hard I try. I want to move to Fort Collins, CO but prices of rent water, electric, sucks all our money up and we can't seem to save a dime. Stay Away it will suck you dry & suck the life out of you !!!!!!
