Bad Place to Live!

You do not want to live in this area. Salaries are very low (avg income $16000 to $17000 yr), rent is high and everything you purchase is inflated in price. Price inflation is due to all businesses trying to rip-off tourists, therefore locals take a hit also. Traffic is terrible sometimes taking 3 hours to go from the Interstae 40 exit to town (about 8 miles).
