Heat during summer

I beg to differ with the person who said there are many days over 100 in Payson. I have lived here for over 20 years. One summer- during the Dude Fire we had the heat from that fire contributing and we had 6 days over 100 in a row, but that is unusual. We usually only have a few days over 100 in the summer. Most days are in the 90s but afternoon monsoon clouds and rain often cool us off. We also often have breezes that make it feel a little cooler. Nothing like the valley. And many of us don't have A/C.
