Cost of Living Too HIgh

Moving here 9 years ago, I found a 3 bedroom apartment with all utilities paid for $863.00 with a 10% government discount. Since then it has gone up to $1,350.00. I am going to retire next year and am looking for somewhere about half the cost of here.
