I would not recommend it as well I live in Saint cloud Canoo creek area. My utility bill for this month is $621.00 the electric part is $470.00. The rest is garbage, storm water, 911 services an other mis. charges. An no I dont have a irrigation system. My air is set at 77 degrees. If I dont run the air or Heat I have got my light bill dowm to $430.00 total. Yes my hot water heater is set on 110 degrees every thing I can think of to lower it. My home is 2200 square feet. an my air unit is one year old. So if you dont mind setting in a house paying $430.00 dallors for a utility bill come to Saint Cloud.
