Neighborhood friendliness

Because so many people who move here are looking to retire or simplify their life the community is made up of people who have relocated here from other states and Canada. We found this community made up of very friendly people from all walks of life. For the first time in several years we actually "know" all of our neighbors and socialize with them often. You would be hard pressed to find another community where the folks are more friendly. It doesn't matter whether you've never met them before, conversations are easy to start up. No matter what you will feel welcomed and embrassed by the community.
