Review of Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Grew up in NYC
Star Rating - 4/25/2007
The cost of a nice house some might consider it high. Looks like the historical society tries to keep it from getting over industrialized. There is some culture there. The pace is slower in Portsmouth, but that's part of it's charm. Boston is only an hour drive away if you need more stimulation. Portsmouth is great if you do not want to live in constant congestion. Also, the winters are long, but the scenery there and around the general area is beautiful.
