a town built around the university

everything in auburn revolves around the university. when school is in session, the population is 50k. otherwise, it's 25k. there are plenty of asshole cops here, and they love to give out tickets, especially DUIs. not a crazy college town, so you can raise a family here and be safe. just beware that if you're above 25 you're gonna feel old and out of place.
