Shreveport is Cheap

One of the best things about Shreveport, and Louisiana in general, is how cheap it is. My older sister got a pretty nice 1400 sq ft house in a good neighborhood for about $125k, which is something you would simply not see in the Northeast, California, or Florida.

You are lying, there is no place here "in a good neighborhood" for 125k. The only good neighborhoods are gated and they are not 125k. Probably the shill again from the city.
