Anna: Thanks for your post. My wife and I want to relocate to PSL from southern NJ in 2011. We realize that no place is perfect. However, we've grown weary of the cold,the snow,the real estate taxes(highest in the nation)and auto insurance. It's refreshing to read something positive about PSL. Lately there's been so much negative reporting about the town,(including here)I started having doubts. We're planning a 2 week visit early in the new year to get a feel for the town. Hopefully the pros outweigh the cons. Thanks Again!
