High rising prices of homes are driving out residents in this area. A lot of OC (Orange County) families have moved into this area because of the easy commute to the OC and the cheaper housing costs, though still quite high compared to the rest of the US. The average 3 bedroom, two bath home here costs about $350,000 and the newer the more costly.
