That sums up pretty much everywhere in the USA at this point. I grew up in the Bay Area - where in the 90's our $300,000 home (which we no longer own) is now valued at 1.2 million dollars and is practically considered the ghetto. I started a family 5 years ago and we moved to a smaller town in WA, population just over 10,000, and in the last four years its now over 75,000 people. Can't seem to win...
