The rents and the food prices have gotten too high for persons living on a fixed income.
The traffic is horrendous. The climate is actually WARMER due to the immense amount of pavement put down around here in the last 5 years.
Noise levels from nearby roads and highways is extremely high.
The light pollution at night has obscured the stars of the Milky Way overhead.
