I saw some pictures of old town Mobile is it nice and safe for seniors who want to do a long term rental? I am thinking of moving from San Francisco. Also people mention hurricanes so where do you go during a hurricane. I am originally from Southern Fl.

My family and I moved here from Fresno, CA 10 months ago. We love living here and I feel you might as well. It is very affordable here. We just survived our first hurricane here in Mobile. We had no property damage, but the power was out for three days. I did see many fallen trees after the hurricane, with some fallung on houses.
