what are the pros and cons of living in Arcadia, F

My husband and I plant to retire in Tampa, Florida in two years. I have do some research and found out about some of the natural disaster in LTampa, Florida, such as sink holes! Is anyone can tell me about Arcadia? it does not seem like this town is in a sink holes zone. Is it a hurrican prone area? what are the good and bad in this town? I would greatly preciate for some input.
