Review of Cooper City, Florida

Housing, Taxes, Insurance totally out of control.

We moved here from KCMO almost 3 years ago as we thought it might be great for segwaying into retirement. We were totally wrong as the cost of living is out of control. Mainly housing, taxes, insurance. Bottom line, no way will my wife and I retire here. You can live in Tuscon for half the price and get alot more sunshine and a lot less rain!
