2011: KIngston's Best Year Ever

New politics coming to town, huge environmental movement, artist community is very strong, Keegan Ales alone is worth the trip, incredibly inexpensive city properties ready for a little sweat equity, South Pine Street Farm, Rail Trails, KingstonCorridor.com, KingstonHappenings,org, KingstonDigitalCorridor.org, Farmers Market Uptown, Stockade Tavern is new, Maxwells has turned up the quality yet another notch, the second O+ Festival is coming in October and it is a fabulous jumping off place for Rosendale, Saugerties, Woodstock, Rhinebeck, Redhook, New Paltz...
New promenade along the Hudson and a new breed of younger political people taking the reins...
MIdtown remains too gritty in the off season, but quite tolerable in Summer and Autumn when the trees are full...
Check the schedules at UPAC and Stella May and Keegan Ales and BSP Productions, Rosendale Theatre, John Street Jam in Saugerties, HITS horse events in Saugerties, the Clearwater at the Rondout, Yoga in the Park on certain Sundays in Cornell Park and Academy Green...
