I have lived in Utah for the last 20 years and my children were not allowed to play with other children because of their faith. Neighbors would not have anything to do with us because we did not attend their church. As far as employment, it almost impossible to find a job anywhere in the SL valley that does not have 90% mormon influence where all they talk about all day long is their "ward", 5-10 children, their church callings. It's as if they all are competing with each other to see who is the better Mormon. I have actually had the Mormon missionaries come to my home and threaten me that my children and husband would not go to heaven and we would not be together in front of y children. They were so upset and couldn't understand any of it.
