Review of Las Vegas, Nevada

Trying to relocate to Vegas
Star Rating - 10/16/2014
I have been applying for jobs and sending in resumes all over the Nevada area, I am trying to relocate there from Alabama. I know at some point I will just have to quit my job and go out there and look but I need to save a little more. If it was just me I'd be ok but I have a little one to consider. Are there any companies willing to hire someone from out of state without a college degree. I have years of working experience just not a degree.

Nicole, when I relocated to Las Vegas I had the same issue. I applied for jobs while living out of state and then flew into Las Vegas for the interview and landed the job. It is possible and no, I did not have a degree at that time....Tuition isn't very expensive at CSN or Nevada State College so I've since earned a degree.

Nicole, I'm an HR Manager for a large telecommunications company in Las Vegas. I just happened to see your posting. If you are willing to start work in a call center, with starting pay in the $13.00 to $15.00 per hour range. We could probably have you a job out here in Vegas pretty quick. If you are interested please go online and apply www.telusinternational.com Las Vegas is a great place to live and work, it is also very easy to establish yourself financially. You can start is a moderately priced, furnished, all-bills included apartment for around $200 per week or get a low deposit/free weeks type move-in in a regular apartment for around $600 to $800 per month.
