Warm and Semi-Arid Valley

I wanted to rate my city of Menifee, but it wasn't an option (most people never know it exists), however I live right on the border of Menifee and Murrieta, which is a "commuter city" and lovely overall climate. It is full of parks, hills and new businesses. I will, however mention that Menifee, which has more land and less people, is considered a valley and gets a little hotter since it is further away from the ocean breezes of Oceanside (which is about a half hour away from Murrieta).
