Well Managed Township

After 20 years in the Air Force and living in several states, VA, CA, HI etc I must say Anderson Township is one the best managed places in the States. It has one of the lowest property taxes in the Cincy area; sidewalks, bike trails, streets, parks and facilities are well maintained. Green space program has set aside several hundred acres, that will never be developed. Also the Forest Hills school district is rated excellent with distinction and Turpin Hill school got recgonized as a Blue Ribbon High School.
