Willits is Wonderful

We have lived in Willits about 20 years. It has been a fantastic place to retire. We live among the redwoods, clean air, and it's peaceful. The folks here are about the nicest we have ever met. Also when going to the post office, grocery store etc..people remember you. I always see someone I know when in town. It is an exceptional place.

This sounds like a wonderful place to live! But... I am wondering if you can comment on Sperling's high crime numbers in Willits. Is it just because it's such a small town that each infraction/incident scews the numbers? Thank you for commenting.

Thank you for your review. My husband and I are looking for a retirement home where the cost of living isn't going to swallow us up. The crime rate seems quite high any input will be most appreciated. Thank you again. Rose & Pete
