East Stroudsburg is a wonderful place to live. It's less than 90 minutes to NYC. We have beautiful mountain views. There are many beautiful communities with big beautiful homes built by Toll Brothers, C&M, Ryan Hones and LTS, etc. The schools are great and crime is low. You could not ask for a more beautiful place to live so close to NYC. The only negative thing is that the property taxes are very high and it's very expensive to heat these Mini Mansions in the winter months. Also If you commute to NYC to work, it's expensive.
