How is the school system?

I live in NYC and in need of a major change, how is the school system? I have a five year old. I also need to know about the job growth.

Schools are average or worse. I would suggest Palm Coast. Not safe for raising children. I've lived here 38 years came for the openness and model school. over the last 15 years, the deterioration is awful.
