This town is the poster child for city corruption. Rizzo/Spaccia/Adams and their ill-gotten gains, incompetent yet corrupt city council, unelected officials making $400K/year, city illegally imposing taxes, police racially profiling and impounding cars without real cause, have basically bankrupted the city. Good luck cleaning up this mess.
