Racist? The correct term is cautious. See, when you allow the thugs and riff raff to come in you end up with a not so great place to live anymore. And by the way, 75% or more of these questionable individuals are, sadly, either Black or Hispanic. Show me an all ethnic neighborhood and I show you a comparatively unsafe and trashier place to live. Even a flaming liberal cannot deny this reality. Call it an inconvenient truth.
