Review of Kennewick, Washington

Great place to live when you're a new homebuyer or
Star Rating - 11/4/2009
For the younger crowd, Tri-Cities can seem like a snore. The nicest part about this area though is the low density of traffic, and its location to many of the bigger cities, often just a day trip away. Growing up here, I wanted to live in a bigger city, but after college came back to appreciate the beauty of the area as an older resident. Drugs seem to be a mounting problem here just like in most places in the US, but our law enforcement is on top of the majority of it. Definately live in central to West Kennewick to avoid many of the problems that riddle the east side and somewhat stretch into the neighboring town of Finley. Kennewick is the most modern out of the Tri-Cities, all in all, a decent quality of life, not exciting, but you will be able to move through your days and transition into your nights with ease.
