Couldn't agree more! I've been to 45 states and this city is the worst. Roads, weather but the people are friendly. They are everywhere, sometimes it's my attitude that's off. Look at the population increase-decrease in Dallas TX vs Pittsburgh PA. Give ya something to do as there is very little here. The roads in Texas are like glass compared to here. No state income tax either(or city). Our local government needs to travel and see what real progress is. Leave downtown or the North Shore and you have ugly, dirty and potholes. Pave the streets but you still have an 85 year old infrastructure.
