Looking for relocation advice

We are looking to relocate South and have narrowed the search down to Tennesee. Here's what we are looking for: 1)a place where we can have 10+ acres,2) be in driving distance to work, I currently sell real estate and would like the opportunity to stay in my profession and he is a site construction manager with 30+ years experience. 3)We'd prefer a location where people are friendly and laidback 4)school system is not a top priority 5)availability to a top notch health facility.
