GREAT CLIMATE FOR THE MOST PART, ICE STORMS ARE MURDEROUS AND CAUSE ALOT OF DAMAGE AND HEART ACHE. i HAVE A RESPIRATOY PROBLEM THAT THE COLD WEATHER CAN REALLY PUT ME IN SOME DISTRESS.
WE CAN GET SEVERAL WEEKS OF FREEZING TEMPERATURES, AND WEEKS OF BELOW THE FORTY DEGREES.
