thinking moving to pslm coast fl , think again
Star Rating - 9/17/2014
if your thinking to move to palm coast fl, because the cheap property prices, well think again. you better be retired and bring money to buy a house cash and your car paid off and your be fine this is a total retired community, butttt if you are attracted by property prices and think you can get a job here in palm coast fl wel;l you got another thing coming, jobs here pay min wage you may get 10 an hour, but there is no jobs available, everything is back round check, drug test , etc, for just cheap jobs that don't pay nothing, if you are lucky you may become a slave at walmart or publix , getting a job in this places is like getting a job at nasa , there is absolutely no work here , this is the bottom of the can, you can get better jobs in south America then here in palm coast fl. so for working people is a must noooo. if you still wanna have warm weather investigate Miami, its more expensive yes but in Miami you can chose where you wanna work , quit and 2 days later you get another job , and quit again and get another job, the golden corral on a Saturday night here in palm coast closes at 10 pm, I went to Miami and peacticly everything is open 24/7, and yes Miami has private and nice towns and communitys like palm coast. been here for 5 years thinking of selling my house and move to Miami , this is a dead town all the way

You can’t even spell. Do you think anyone takes you seriously?

Well, firstly, it is correctly said as "you have another 'think' coming." Many people have skilled jobs or professions that they take with them wherever they go.

This interview was written with a bias on cities. Yes Palm Coast is not a big city, and coming from NYC that is a wonderful thing. No corruption, no harboring of criminals, yes it is true that the closest good work is in Jacksonville or Orlando Palm Coast does not have the problems of a big city. The schools are excellent, the children happy. Wall street was a real rat race, no more. Those who live in big cities need to constantly lie to themselves how great it is, and how bad the burbs are. Plus finding affordable canal homes is difficult, I have one and I love it. In NJ/NY my house would be 3-5 million living at least 90 miles away, so what is the difference. Live in lower Manhattan and pay a rent of 3,500 for a one room studio in Tribecca or Palm Coast and pay a 2,000 mortgage for a 3 bedroom water front home.

In today's work world, many people (especially IT/computer folks, recruiters, engineers, etc.) have the ability to work remotely. I'm one of them. Palm Coast is the ideal location for a family that has the work-from-home option for their breadwinners. The climate and location are ideal. My office has a view of two saltwater canals, where I can often see dolphin and manatee. Wouldn't trade Palm Coast for anywhere else - and I used to live in the San Francisco area. ;)
