Jasper is proud of its German heritage and there are several Catholic Churches but there is also a Christian Church with a large diverse congregation, Lutheran, Methodist and other faiths represented. Unique downtown to shop local. Festivals. Home cooking, German, Pizza, Mexican, Asian, local cafes, chain restaurant dining. Great Healthcare, school system, charities, library, history museum. Manufacturing. Nearby outdoor activity areas. Sports. The residents are proud of their quaint clean town. It is not essential to be a German Catholic. Most residents represent a more open minded and welcoming attitude than indicated here.
