Review of Rosevil,

Excellent for families
Star Rating - 6/16/2013
Beautiful wetland preserves and mighty oak tree enclaves break up the suburban areas making it not so cookie cutter. Traffic not too bad on most streets, however if you commute to Sacramento, another story. I read it has the most bike/walking trails and voted the skinniest city in American-maybe this is why. Great schools and some charter school options. Not good for singles who want a night life, but close to Sacramento, so not a problem. Great malls- Galleria and Fountains. The most restaurants per population and close to wineries, lakes, rivers, quaint historical towns and Lake Tahoe 1 hour drive for skiing and 2 scenic hours drive to Reno. Water park and Olympic training indoor pool and many golf courses. Summers are hot, but 95% of the time you can leave windows open at night for cool breeze. Well funded city because of malls and HP, so it is very well maintained and protected- no ghettos or gangs and low crime. Senior communities like Del Webb and Sun City homes aren't staying on the market long because they are very desirable with many amenities and less expensive than Bay Area where many come from. I like it has a Republican majority and love our Congressman. Different races and cultures at schools get along well.
