Review of Corona, California

Great Place to live.
Star Rating - 2/22/2011
My husband and I moved here about two years ago. We're very Happy here,we live in 92882 area of South Corona. This area to me is like a city with a small town feel, the area is safe, clean, family oriented, with lots of schools, churches and parks, there are also multi-million dollar homes in the area (up to 8 Million), fun places like "Dos Lagos" which is an outdoor shopping (Anthopologie, Z Gallerie, Victoria's Secret, Bebe, etc)center with upscale and casual restaurants, movie theatre and a Gorgeous man made lake shaped like a figure 8 which has an artistic walking bridge made of bamboo that leads to an amphitheare (free plays, musicians). There's also "Caljalco Crossing" which is also a shopping center but this one has Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Pierone, Costplus, Bestbuy, Barnes & Noble, Edwards theatre, etc), it also has a Huge, Gorgeous water fountain with benches around it. All in all there are lots to do here, one can go to Temecula (Wine Country) to visit wineries, have dinner, hot air balloning, or visit Palm Springs, Vegas, San Diego, or take the 91 to toll road & arrive in Laguna Beach in 30 min., there's a small fishing lake here, there's also "Glen Ivy Spa" (with Natural Spring Water ), Tom's Farms, or you can Camp, Hike in Cleveland Nat'l Forest (lots more I can add). Traffic on the 91 is heavy at times, but traffic is heavy in many parts of Southern CA, there are plans for expansion of the 91 Fwy underway but keep in mine the Metrolink is close by. The weather is nice throughout the year, it's a little breezy which makes it nice, but in the summer, the temp is usually in the 90's and sometimes reaches over 100, but that's what air conditioning is for. The PEOPLE Here are Very nice, polite and Friendly, sometimes I feel like I'm in another state. You get so much for your money if you're considering moving here.
I LOVE IT here and will never leave.
