This is exactly how I felt about Fort Lauderdale and Miami when I moved down there in June 2013 - April 2014. The people there made me feel the same exact way. They do underhanded things constantly, but I didn't and don't know or have ever met the person doing it. My advice is get out of there asap by planning how to get out of there now. Take notes of everything. if you think you're being targeted, look up "organized stalking".
