Just bought a house here in Springville in May 2012. Our utilites have been outrageous. Our bill this month in October is $435. That is not a typo. We paid over $400 last month too. We were even gone a week for vacation and almost did not use our ac. There is obviously so sort of error, but Springville refuses to acknowledge that. We love our house, but my advice, stay the freak away from Springville.
