As do most Minnesotans in most Minnesota cities, the thinking is that their education system and its achievments are second to none. But it is a matter of the barometer you chose to measure by and how you apply it. Ask any Minnesotan where the best educated people in the U.S. come from and they'll name their home town. No bias here.
