A small city is like a big family

"A small city is like a big family" is the city motto for Loomis california. In many ways this is very true and so rare near a major metro area. This is a town that can count it's stop lights on one hand. By design, the city is very low density and yet very near shopping, recreation, and dinning. Loomis sits near the Sierra Foothills, making day trips to the mountains very practical.
