Review of Vallejo, California

The Wost Summers
Star Rating - 6/25/2012
Moved here in 2008( Vallejo). If I would have known the weather was so bad during the summer season, I would have not come. This place does not have a summer season. It is sooo windy and cold, or foggy. I long for the day when I can experience real summers. I am tired of being shut in most of the time. I am sooo tired of wearing jackets, scarfs and sometimes gloves on the 4th of July, This is ridculous. The Bay Area has the worst climate of any place I have lived or visited.

"Windy and cold" by comparison to what? How about Vallejo's year-round moderate temperature with lots of sunshine? "Too hot" is a more substantive complaint as it poses some serious health risks. I suggest you research other climates around the world to better understand the sweet spot that is Vallejo and the Bay Area in general.

In reply to Lee. I don't have to research other climates around the USA. I have lived in various cities throughout the USA and have found Vallejo , second to San Francisco to have the worst summers ( cold and windy). I assume you have lived in the Bay area all of your life and no nothing else. Typical !
