"Considering moving to Houston, Austin, or San Ant
Star Rating - 3/31/2015
Hello,
I'm considering moving to Texas next year spring 2016. I live in Michigan and I hate it! The jobs are far and few in between, housing is cheap but the winters are brutal! I've lived in California, North Carolina, Illinois, and Virginia. I love living in the South. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I'd more than likely be looking to work in a salon or a spa. I'm not married and have no children. I'm an outdoors kind of gal and I want to live in a safe and diverse area. I hear traffic is crazy! Well, having lived in five different states and I've learned traffic is crazy everywhere!

What's up Tori?! I have a friend looking for a cosmetologist. She is located in Mid-Town in an upscale salon and is overloaded with clientele. She needs help ASAP! In my opinion working in this area combined with what she charges and pays would make moving to Houston quotes the live and lovely experience. I've lived in California for 5yrs, my family's from Michigan, my Dad's from Chicago, and his little brother lives in Washington D.C. so I frequent Virgina. I've also lived in Florida and Illinois, so I have a pretty good idea of the adjustments you will be making.... Two words. The.... Heat. Is your biggest concern here, but besides that, I think, the other acclimations will be minor. Kngdavid1 @ aol. Com. Hit me up and I will link you up with her. -David
