Check the neighborhood GOOD before moving.. What seemed good on paper to us, turned out to be a cul-de-sac of bullies and clicks that refuse to accept new people. I'm not saying that all of Valrico is bad, I'm just giving a warning that if the deal is too good to be true, then it probably is..
