Great cost of living!

While Fort Wayne doesn't have a lot to offer when in comes to quality of life, the cost of living can't be beat!! Housing is incredibly low but salaries are pretty moderate and stabile...life here affords us the luxury of traveling to more exciting places.

I have been offered to relocate from San Francisco Bay Area to Fort Wayne. Company has offered $75,000 a year? Is that enough? What is the cost of a 3 bed home in a good neighborhood? Thanks
