Thinking of moving to cave junction in 2014. Would anybody have any comments on the weather,it's supose to get 61 in. per year ,is that corect.

I live in cave junction we see the worst of life here with needles all over the parks and parking lots. Violent drunks walking around screaming day and night, stolen cars all over. Why?Because there is no law or safety here but a gun! Do not bring kids or woman! It is the edge of hell!
