Topeka has a lot of potential but has the wrong people planning. For a capital of a State it is ran down. Many people think Wichita is the capital. The town that seem to grow have young people moving there and night life. If young people stay in a town they create a family or “roots”
Manhattan “aggieville”
Lawrence “Mass street”
Wichita “Old Town”
Kansas City “Power and light”
Topeka ?
Getting more people to move to your city creates more needs and then jobs.
